We bid in AICP format, we understand agency expectations, and we execute at the standard your clients require.

AICP Bid & Commercial Production in Alaska

We Speak Your Language

If you are an agency producer or executive producer bidding an Alaska shoot, you need a local production company that understands the AICP bid structure and can deliver documentation that drops cleanly into your aggregate budget without requiring reformatting or translation.

That is what we do. We are not a content shop learning commercial production on the fly. We understand the expectations of agency-side producers at shops like Arts & Sciences, Chelsea Pictures, Park Pictures, Anonymous Content, and every tier of the commercial production ecosystem.

How We Bid

AICP-Format Line Items
Our bids are structured category by category following the AICP Standard Commercial Production Agreement format. Pre-production, crew, studio and location, equipment, art department, talent, travel and expenses, insurance, and production fees. Every line is broken out, every rate is defensible, and every category follows the structure your team expects to see.

Market-Rate Crews
We provide current, accurate Alaska crew rates across all departments. Camera, grip and electric, sound, hair and makeup, wardrobe, art, production, and safety. Our rates reflect the real Alaska market, not inflated numbers and not lowball bids that signal inexperience. We can provide local rate sheets during the bidding phase so your team can cross-reference before committing.

Transparent Markups
Standard markup percentages on production categories and passthrough rates on travel and expenses. No hidden fees, no bundled line items that obscure actual costs. Your line producer or head of production can read our bid and understand exactly where every dollar goes.

Documented Assumptions
Every bid includes clearly stated assumptions and open questions. Weather contingency days, travel logistics, permit timelines, gear shipping lead times, and any variable that could affect the final number. We flag what we know and what still needs to be resolved so your team can plan accordingly.

Why Agencies Choose Us for Alaska

Single Accountable Partner
When you hire us as your Alaska service producer, you get a single contractually accountable party for everything that happens on the ground. One point of contact, one company responsible for operational execution, one set of insurance policies covering the production.

Real Alaska Expertise
We live here. We have spent years building the operational knowledge, vendor network, and crew relationships required to execute commercial-grade productions in Alaska's most demanding environments. We know the permit timelines for every land jurisdiction in the state. We know which glaciers are accessible in which months. We know which helicopter operators and marine captains can perform at the level your production requires.

Commercial-Scale Infrastructure
We are not a two-person team trying to punch above our weight. We scale to 25-30 person productions with full department staffing across camera, grip and electric, sound, hair and makeup, wardrobe, art, production, and safety. We source cinema-grade equipment including ARRI, RED, and Ronin 4D platforms. We coordinate helicopter aerials with GSS systems, drone cinematography, remote basecamp operations, and marine logistics.

What a Typical Agency Engagement Looks Like

Bid Phase
You send us boards, a treatment, or a creative brief. We build an AICP-format bid with full category breakdowns, Alaska-specific line items, assumptions, and a production schedule. We walk through the bid with your producer and revise as needed.

Award and Pre-Production
Once awarded, we move into full pre-production. Location scouting, tech scouts, crew booking, gear sourcing, permit applications, vendor contracts, insurance documentation, and logistics planning. We deliver call sheets, crew lists, and production books to your specifications.

Production
Your creative team lands in Alaska. We have crew on the ground, gear staged, locations permitted, vehicles fueled, basecamp built, and every logistical variable solved. You focus on the frame. We run the operation.

Wrap
Gear returns, location restoration, vendor payments, crew wrap, and wrap accounting with full documentation. Everything reconciled and delivered in the format your accounting team requires.

Current Clients and Scale

We have executed commercial-scale productions for MSC Cruises, Pratt & Whitney, Birkenstock, Lands' End, Solo Stove, DUDE Wipes, Ridge, Celsius, and other global brands. Our productions range from focused single-day shoots to multi-week, multi-location campaigns spanning Juneau, Anchorage, the Kenai Peninsula, glacier systems, and the Southeast Alaska coastline.
